Two payment options are available: Payment in full. Payment in instalments. Instalment payments require a guarantor. Four instalments are available: August: 5% of total rent. October: 29% of total rent. January: 33% of total rent. April: 33% of total rent. Payment in full is due in August or before the tenancy start date if booked after August.
Direct debit and bank transfer. Note: Cash and cheques are not accepted.
A guarantor is required if you wish to secure accommodation and pay your rent in instalments. A guarantor is not required if you pay the full rent in a single lump sum. The guarantor is responsible for paying any outstanding rent and associated rent recovery costs if the tenant fails to meet their payment obligations. The guarantor must be in full-time employment. The guarantor must earn an annual income equivalent to at least thirty (30) times the tenant's monthly rent. International guarantors will be considered. International guarantors are required to provide suitable documentation through the online application process. Non-UK and non-ROI guarantors may be accepted at the discretion of the property. The property reserves the right to reject a guarantor application if the requested information is not provided or if the guarantor does not meet the minimum requirements. UK guarantor reference checks are carried out through Canopy. Canopy requires UK guarantors to complete a Rent Passport as part of the reference-checking process. As residents may use the property's guarantor partner service (paid service), the required deposit will be £1,000.
